Are certificates available for archived webinars? If so, how to process once webinar and survey completed?

    Hi Renee,

Yes! You do receive a certificate for archived webinars. Once you complete the webinar and survey, you should receive an email with a link to download your certificate. Please let us know if you didn’t receive one, and we can verify and send over. Please also keep in touch with us with future questions at communities@sesame.org

    I hope this helps!

    Hello Tara,

I completed the Power to Play webinar, and completed the survey, but did not receive a certificate. The survey screen
    kept repeating after the completion.

    Hi Renee,

I’m sorry about that inconvenience. We must have had a glitch in the system. I’ll send over your certificate today via email.

    Thanks!

    Hello, SS:

I need my LI and PW reset. I attempted to do it, but it did not work. It is strange, because I was able to complete 2 webinars I preregistered for by entering my email address. When I enter my LI and PW to take a course, it is not found.

    Hello SS,

My LI and PW is still problematic, to the point where I cannot complete any trainings. Please address this problem. My LI is invalid, which is perplexing since it’s listed as valid on my edit page. I have attempted to reset my PW, but my LI is still invalid.

Hi Renee, thanks for reaching out via email. We’ll likely have to confirm your user name and password manually for the course. We appreciate your enthusiasm and patience as we work to figure this out. You should be receiving certificates and the course confirmations via email, so you may want to look in your spam folder or check your firewall settings so that you’re able to receive emails from us!

      Hi Donna,

There was an incorrect setting on our end for Caring for Mixed Age Groups. I have fixed that, so certificates should work correctly now. I’m happy to send a certificate your way if you can please send an email to communities@sesame.org with 1. Your First and Last Name, 2. The Title of the Webinar, 3. Date of Completion.

Thanks so much and I apologize for the inconvenience.

Hello Friends, we’ve had a few issues with webinar certificates. If you have completed a webinar, but haven’t received your certificate, please do the following: First, check your spam or junk folder for an email from us. After each webinar, you should receive an email with a link to download your certificate.

Next, if you don’t find the email, please send an email to communities@sesame.org listing…
    1. First and Last Name
    2. Title of Webinar
    3. Date of Completion

We will email you a certificate of completion via email within a few days. Thanks so much for your participation and your patience with us.

I completed a webinar Milestones: How children grow and Move and learn together; Movement for healthy bodies and printed certificates but each one not say how many hours I earn. Before I started it says for both of them 1 hour.
I need this for my annual professional development hours.

    Thank you Irena

    Hi Melissa,

Thanks for participating! The survey pops up after you complete the webinar. Once you’ve completed the survey, you’ll be able to download your certificate. Your certificate also lives in your “profile” on SSIC. You should be able to click in your profile and see “completed webinars” and re-download any certificates there. I hope this is helpful. Feel free to email us at communities@sesame.org with any other questions!

    Good Morning,

I completed two webinars: Hand in Hand, and Learning Together Movement for Literacy. There was no survey, nor certificate and the conclusion. How do I proceed to complete the survey and receive a certificate?

    Hello,
I have completed several webinars. There was no survey, nor do I have any completed webinars in my profile and no certificates. Yet the webinars have DONE placed on them each time I log in to my account. Please advise as to what I need to do to get to the survey and complete the certification process. Thanks!

I am having the same issue as a lot of other folks here. I have completed over a dozen of the webinars, and I click “done” after I finish every one, but the survey never pops up and neither does the certificate.

    Happy Friday!

Thank you or the opportunity to review the archived training, Traumatic Experiences Part I on Wednesday, February 20, 2019. I completed the survey and attempted to retrieve the certificate of completion but was unsuccessful. An email was sent to your attention the same day as we must provide proof of external trainings. Can you provide the timeframe for receiving the certificate?

    Thanks again.

Hi I completed the languagizing webinar with Dr. Kathy Hirsh-Pasek for 02/13/19. I really enjoyed it and found it to be very helpful and informative, however I don’t have a certificate for it. I’m attempting to email communities@sesame.org to explain, but am running into trouble with gmail at the moment. I will continue to try.
Thank you for the webinar and for your time.

Upon completion of viewing a webinar, I saw no indication for a survey or quiz connected. I wanted to verify how to access that information, and how to get the certificate to download so as to prove that I have the hours for Professional Growth Points. Reading through the rest of this thread, it seems to be an ongoing issue. How can I address the difficulty in my case?
