West Philly Promise Neighborhood
West Philadelphia Promise Neighborhood Initiative (PN) is a Drexel-led collaboration, along with the City of Philadelphia and School District of Philadelphia, to improve education outcomes for West Philadelphia residents from birth to adulthood. AFEL is the early childhood education improvement strategy in the Promise Neighborhood Initiative’s cradle to career programming.
