South Dakota Public Broadcasting
We are the South Dakota Public Broadcasting Early Learning Initiative. Our mission is to prepare children for kindergarten ready to learn. Without a formal, funded and standards-based preschool program available to all learners across the state, the Early Learning Initiative will help to fill the gap and prepare children for the first step of their educational journey. We believe that Sesame Street in Communities, with an emphasis on ABC’s & 123’s, Healthy Bodies, Healthy Minds, and Difficult Times & Tough Talks will work hand in hand with our goals for early learners.
